  • There is no analytics, no pixels, no advertising and no social media buttons.
  • That's why you won't see any consent banner: there's nothing to consent to.
  • The app does show advertising, but not with cookies: it's explained below.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They serve to remember preferences, keep sessions open or obtain statistical information about browsing. Under the same legal umbrella fall other equivalent techniques for storing and accessing information on the device, such as local storage, session storage or tracking pixels.

2. Cookies this website uses: none

This website is generated statically: its pages are made up of prerendered HTML, a stylesheet, our own JavaScript files and the app's images, all of them served from the domain itself (pixalea.com). No resource is loaded from third-party servers.

We install no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones, and we also don't use local storage, session storage, device fingerprinting (fingerprinting), tracking pixels or web analytics tools (there is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or equivalent). We don't embed videos, maps, external fonts or social media buttons, so no third party receives a request from your browser when you visit these pages.

As a result, we don't need to ask for your consent to use cookies and you won't see any banner. Nor do we build profiles or know who visits the site.

3. Technical server logs

The site is hosted with a hosting provider that, like any web server, may automatically log technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for the sole purpose of serving the pages, maintaining security and producing aggregate infrastructure statistics. Those logs are not cookies, are not used for advertising purposes and do not allow us to personally identify you.

4. The mobile app is a different matter

This policy refers only to the website. The "Pixalea" mobile app shows the owner's own advertising (ads for TuIAgencia), which uses no cookies, advertising identifiers or third-party networks, and that's why it asks for no advertising consent or tracking permission.

5. How to control cookies in your browser

Even though there are none here, you can always review, block or delete the cookies of any site from your browser's settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and the like, in their privacy section).

6. Changes to this policy

If in the future this site were to incorporate any cookie or measurement tool, we would update this page with the details of each one and activate the corresponding consent mechanism before installing it.
